Cleveland, OH- June 2015- On June 3rd, 2015, Selman & Company will celebrate 35 years of investment in Northeast Ohio as an independently held provider of extraordinary insurance administrative services.
Our Story
Selman & Company began as a Property and Casualty insurance agency whose roots date back to 1905. For seventy-five years, our corporate focus was geared almost entirely toward Property and Casualty insurance.
Since 1980, the business has grown organically and through a series of strategic acquisition of companies specializing in the marketing and administration of insurance programs. Today, Selman provides insurance marketing and administrative services to credit unions, banks, affinity groups, employers and insurance companies throughout the United States and Canada.

35th Anniversary Festivities
To celebrate 35 years of ongoing success, over 125 Selman & Company employees from both the Cleveland and Washington DC offices will come together to serve the community that has supported the company for over three decades. On June 2nd, all employees will work with local veterans at the Volunteers of America’s Veterans Resource Center and the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center.
